Our story
Muchen was founded to fix a problem every Malaysian SME founder we talked to had: their company secretary was either (a) a one-person shop that took days to reply, or (b) a large firm where their account rotated between junior staff, or (c) a digital cosec platform that couldn't handle anything beyond a template.
We built Muchen around the opposite principle: one MAICSA-credentialled secretary retained to your company, bilingual service (EN + 中文) as a first-class feature, and published pricing so you never have to ask what something costs.
Today we serve Sdn Bhd founders across Malaysia — from pre-revenue startups needing incorporation, to established businesses needing reliable statutory compliance and corporate advisory.
