We collect personal data you provide directly (name, email, phone, company details, IC/passport for KYC), and data automatically when you use this website (IP address, browser type, pages visited). For corporate engagements, we also collect data required for SSM, LHDN, and MBRS filings on your behalf.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiries, deliver the services you've engaged us for (incorporation, company secretary, corporate advisory), meet statutory compliance requirements (KYC, anti-money-laundering), and improve our website and services. We do not sell your data.
How we store it
Personal data is stored on secured servers with access limited to Muchen staff who need it for service delivery. Statutory documents are kept for the retention period required by Malaysian law (typically 7 years after engagement ends).
Who we share it with
We share data only with (a) SSM, LHDN, and other government agencies as required for filings, (b) our trusted service providers (email, cloud hosting, accounting software) bound by confidentiality, and (c) when required by Malaysian law or court order.
Your rights
